In the center of Revelstoke, British Columbia, Canada, is where our factory is situated.  We manufacture prefabricated buildings, delivered and installed on foundation anywhere in British Columbia. To receive their CSA certification, each of our homes adheres to strict quality management standards and Passive House building principles. Additionally, 2-5-10 Home Warranty is offered for all projects.

Our Process

1. Feasibility

To ensure that as much information as possible is recorded, our process always begins with a wide overview. . We move on to the design step once the concept and costs have been approved.

2. Design

At this stage, we submit a proposal after getting a reference from you and then the design phase begins. Once the budget is set we submit to you a Construction proposal which contains timelines and a fixed price.

3. Build

We begin ordering materials and schedule construction start dates once the Construction Proposal is signed and the permit is issued. Your home will be available for delivery within 6-8 weeks of our start date.

4. Set & Finish

On-site finishing work might take anywhere from 2 to 6 weeks depending on the job. We offer you the keys to your new house after we finish the finishing touches and obtain the occupancy permit. A smooth construction procedure and a structure that will survive the test of time
