Many house designs and models have been produced by the design team at Dream Design Architecture Inc. for you to view and purchase. Our website will offer a variety of singles, semi-detached, townhouses, and low-rises by June 2023.
All PDF files are regularly priced at $2,250, while Revit files are regularly priced at $5,000 plus all necessary taxes. Once you have purchased a copy of the Ontario Building Code 2012, which all of our homes are built to conform with, we will add all the information to the architectural drawing bundle. If you want to make changes or get it ready for a permit, we may also modify the house to comply with the criteria of your property.
A 25% down payment is normally required, with the remaining total owing once the drawings have been updated with the details and OBC observations. Check out our designs right away and turn your dreams into reality!
